How It All Began
Meet Victoria Varon and Julia Serna, the inspirational mother-daughter duo with a salty dream and a mission to support their community! Just before the pandemic in early 2020, Victoria visited her first salt cave. She instantly knew that something magical was in store! After researching the science behind halotherapy, Victoria began sharing her new passion with her entire family. Over the next few years, they continued to explore salt caves near and far on adventures together around the globe. And then they had an idea! What if they could bring this incredible healing experience to the Temecula community by making holistic health accessible to all? Victoria and Julia began working on a business plan to open not only a salt cave equipped with the latest halotherapy technology, but also a community center where people could gather together to enjoy a holistic lifestyle with yoga, reiki, massages, and more. After years in the making, their dream is finally a reality! Welcome to Temecula Salt Cave and Holistic Center!

Meet Our Practitioners & Team
Victoria Varon | Co-Founder
With a true calling to help others transform their lives, Victoria is a Realtor ranked in the top 2% of agents in the US and also serves as President of the Porsche Club of America in Temecula. Additionally, Victoria supports clients as a humanistic neurolinguistic psychology (HNLP) life coach and works with businesses to increase their sales and level up their leadership. She founded and led a nonprofit experiential life coaching company for seven years and is thrilled to be on this halotherapy adventure making a difference in the lives of others. Halotherapy and holistic healing are Victoria's passions, and it’s truly exciting to collaborate with her daughter on this salty journey!
Julia Serna | Co-Founder
Driven by her passion for wellness and mental health, Julia began her career as an artist and leader in the restaurant industry, later expanding her impact in the community through transformational coaching. A trained artist in many modalities, she also sings and does makeup professionally. Julia is thrilled to work alongside her mom by bringing holistic health and healing to Temecula. Her breathtaking artwork is featured throughout our facility and available for purchase in our shop.
Serena Suarez | Holistic Wellness Advisor
Serena is a holistic esthetician who is passionate about helping others become the best version of themselves. With a deep love for nurturing both the mind and body, she strives to create spaces where clients feel relaxed, balanced, and supported on their wellness journey. Serena believes in the transformative power of self-healing and always aims to inspire others to embrace their unique, authentic selves. Through mindful practices and a genuine desire to see others thrive, she feels called to guide each person towards their fullest potential!
Charlee Mathwig | Holistic Wellness Advisor
Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development with an emphasis in Counseling Services, Charlee has spent years working to help positively impact our community's health and well-being. She has extensive experience in nutrition coaching, event coordination, and marketing. With a passion for youth advocacy, Charlee also works with non-profits and serves as an ESL Instructor for international students. She enjoys practicing yoga and meditation as well as going on adventures with her family and pups! Charlee looks forward to learning more about your unique journey and how the Temecula Salt Cave and Wellness Center can help you to find the community and wellness treatments that will bring joy and relaxation to your life!
Stephanie Garcia | Holistic Wellness Advisor
With a strong background in executive support, sales, and customer care, Stephanie brings an intuitive and grounded approach to wellness. As a Holistic Wellness Advisor, she blends her passion for energy work, positive vibes, and healing spaces with years of experience in client service and event coordination. Stephanie is committed to helping others feel balanced and cared for from the inside out. When she's not at the salt cave, you can find her doing reformer Pilates or traveling out of state with her kids and two dogs, always chasing good energy and meaningful moments.
Jenna Cortez | Licensed Massage Therapist
As a licensed massage therapist and esthetician for nearly 20 years, Jenna has worked at several renowned spas in the Temecula Valley area. Her main focus is making people feel great and helping revive their inner (and outer) glow while providing customized massages to cater to the unique needs of each client. Jenna looks forward to working in conjunction with all the other healing modalities offered at Temecula Salt Cave and Holistic Center.
Vanessa Kessel | Licensed Massage Therapist
With over 15 years of experience, including training under an NFL team Myo-Therapist, Vanessa has worked in both clinical medical practices and prestigious destination spas. She combines deep therapeutic techniques with the calming essence of spa treatments, creating a mindful, therapeutic, and tranquil experience for her clients. Vanessa takes the time to truly hear her clients' concerns and customizes every session to provide the most effective and personalized experience. She is committed to helping you feel your best by tailoring each massage to meet your unique goals.
Alicia Love Hood | Sound Baths, Full Moon Ceremonies
Alicia brings decades of experience in health, wellness, and spiritual healing for transformative growth. After receiving her personal training certification, Alicia went to school to become a Holistic Health Practitioner. There she learned massage techniques, energy healing, Ayurveda, Eastern medicine, and other healing modalities. She is also a Shamanic practitioner, which she combines with other healing modalities to bring each soul a unique and personalized healing experience that goes beyond the surface layers. She specializes in sound baths, drum circles, mother-child bonding, womb healing, past life and ancestral trauma healing, herbology, women’s circles, and more.
Tricia Carr | Holistic & Spiritual Awakening Workshops
As a Spiritual Awakening Coach, Tricia cherishes the honor of witnessing human beings create incredible life transformations. She facilitates resonant containers for these experiences through communal learning courses, group healing spaces, and live event offerings. She has witnessed hundreds of people open astounding spiritual abilities, heal major physical issues, repair and attract relationships, create new fulfilling careers, open to magical aspects of themselves, and overhaul a life to one guided by deep and profound meaning. Nikki is an intuitive chef, writer, and wellness practitioner based in Temecula. Beyond the kitchen, Nikki is a birth doula, childbirth educator, and yoga instructor. With a background in world religions and creative writing, Amanda has spent two decades helping organizations amplify their voices and elevate their company cultures. Her areas of expertise include content and field marketing, corporate communications, employee engagement, and public relations. A collaborative writer, editor, and project manager, each day she puts her motto into action: “100% is possible, 100% of the time." Amanda and her husband are parents to three sets of twins: two Yorkshire terriers, two Daschunds, and two human boys. When she's not romping around Disneyland with her family, Amanda enjoys community breathwork and sound bath sessions.
